The point of Crafters Weekend is to provide a comfortable environment that allows you to create, socialize, relax and have fun.  We are providing space for you to work on your own project, whatever that might be.  Meet fellow crafters, share your ideas, enjoy gifts and prizes, fun snacks and meals, and have a great time!

So gather the supplies you need to work on the project you’ve been creating, or as is the case for a lot of our ladies, the projects that you never have time or space to work on, and bring them to the Crafters Weekend at the Springhill Suites hotel!  Your table space will be waiting for you. You will be able to spread out your project in your area just the way you like it, and leave it there for 3 days, to come and go as you please to work on your project, socialize with other crafty ladies, or just relax.

If you do not have a project and would like to start one, this it is a great time to do that.  Let me know, I can help!  Most of us will be scrapbooking but we have ladies whose crafting interests are all over the map; quilters, ladies sewing, card makers, painting water colors, knitting, jewelry making, etc.  Your imagination is the only limit!

The theme for this event is “The Colors of Life.” Throughout the weekend we will learn about how colors play a role in our life. As crafters we use colors in our creations, making decisions on what looks good together and what does not look good together.  We don’t realize the affect colors have on us and it is fascinating to learn about.
